Jeff wrote his first story cycle at age ten, his first radio play at twelve. Script from his first broadcast series was reprinted in the high school text "Reading, Writing and Radio" by Winston Schell.

While production manager for CHEZ 106 he wrote much of the on-air promotional material, many of the ads, and a large number of specials and radio plays.

Jeff's journalism has included writing assignments for the Ottawa Citizen (a report on a Caribbean sailing adventure, and as correpondent to the Ottawa Animation Festival), Ottawa XPress (features on the licencing of specialty channels by the CRTC and legendary rock club Barrymore's), and an extended contract as music editor and general contributor to the entertainment tabloid Ottawa Revue, for which publication he generated hundreds of items of review and commentary, and assisted in layout and design.

For the children's series "Cowboy Who?" Jeff was a key collaborator with head writer Mike Cormier, and contributed complete script for many segments.

Jeff was a pioneer creator of interactive multimedia drama, scripting and directing several projects in collaboration with Animatics Multimedia.

Speaking of interactive, check out some unusual online poetry.
