[note: this is an older program that has not been reprogrammed for newer systems
The version for Windows will only run on Win98 or older platforms.
You can run the program within later versions by right-clicking on the .exe file
clicking on "Properties", go to "compatibility" and pick Win95 or Win98.

System 7 note: Midnight Stranger in its present form will not run in any of the compatibility modes.
You will need to install the Windows XP Compatibility system, which requires System 7 Professional or Ultimate.
Alternatively you can install a virtual system such as Oracle's VirtualBox (which is free and easy to install)
but for that you will require an actual copy of Windows XP (or earlier) to install into the VirtualBox.

The version for Macintosh will work under the 'Classic' feature of OS X but not the new Intel Macs]
